We don't provide legal advice. 3. **Preparing the home.** We coordinate cleanout, repairs and cleaning through our vendor network. 4. **Marketing and selling.** We list, show and market the home, review offers with the owner or representative, and keep them informed. 5. **Signing where the owner is.** We coordinate with the title company to bring a mobile notary to the facility, or use a remote online notary where permitted.
